Account data (name, e-mail address, password hash), data you store in the service, billing data handled by our payment provider (Stripe), and technical logs needed for security.

3. Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, process payments, send transactional e-mails and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

4. Processors and retention

We rely on carefully selected processors (hosting, payments, e-mail delivery). Data is kept while your account is active, then deleted or anonymized, except where the law requires longer retention (e.g. invoices).

5. Your rights

You can access, export, correct and delete your data from your account settings, and contact us at contact@tipalet.fr for any request. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
